As part of Stage 212's 50th Anniversary celebration, we would love for you to flood our wesbite with the stories, images and videos of the tales that define your 212 expiriences both on-stage and off. We pride our organization as being a family of individuals that come together for a common goal in achieving live performances for the Illinois Valley, but it's the stories and memories that keep this passion alive.
Take a few minutes and use this page as your yearbook. As you recall moments, post to this page and feel free to comment and embelish (as only theatre-folk can) on others recollections. Through the past 50 years, we have encountered so much love, laughter and even loss, but triumph none the less. Keep our traditions, admirations and narrative alive for years to come. Tell YOUR 212 stories...

In 2012, I had my first big heart break and had just came back to the area after spending months in D.C. When I came back my friend Dominic asked if I was able to work a show for him. I knew I needed to be around people so it was the perfect fit. My first show at 212 was Grease and I statrted some great friendships then and it also helps me deal with some of my depression that I have been fighting since the lose of my mother and brother in 2012. Five years later, I still doing a lot of the behind the scene work but I got to grace to stage twice. When I was in ensemble for Rent and recently Reefer Madness. I maybe planning to leave the area but I know that Stage 212 is a place that I will always return to help if needed.
When I think of Stage 212 I think of so many things. Lifelong friends, mentors, cheerleaders and a common goal of quality entertainment. I am so excited to be a part of this anniversary season. It will be exciting to make new friends, reunite with old and continue the tradition of fine entertainment!
