Quilters is an inspiring and compelling look at the lives of pioneer women in the mid-19th century. For all their various trials and tribulations, these women's lives have one thing in common - the art of quilting. A series of interrelated scenes are blended into a rich musical and dramatic tapestry which captures vividly the strength and spirit of the women who helped settle the American frontier. |
